The Warrior Queen of Jhansi is a Hollywood film based on the life of Rani Laxmi Bai of Jhansi. Devika Bhise stars in the film in the titular role. Devika has not grown up watching Bollywood films. In fact, in an interview with LatestLY, Swati Bhise, director of Warrior Queen of Jhansi, revealed that she was left embarrassed on a flight once after Devika did not recognise Amitabh Bachchan.
