The Supreme Court On November 28 Dismissed A Plea That Sought A Complete Ban On Pakistani Artists. “You Should Not Press This Appeal. Do Not Be So Narrow-Minded,” The Supreme Court Said To The Petitioner As Reported By PTI. A Panel Of Justices Sanjiv Khanna And SVN Bhatti Said They Were Not Inclined To Overturn The Bombay High Court’s Decision To Dismiss The Petition Filed By Faaiz Anwar Qureshi, Who Claims To Be A Film Worker And Artist. The Top Court Also Denied The Petitioner’s Request To Have Certain Remarks Made By The High Court Overturned.
