Govt Launches CAA Web Portal To Facilitate Citizenship Applications, Mobile App To Be Released Soon

The Centre has launched a web portal to facilitate the process of applying for Indian citizenship under the Citizenship Amendment Act or CAA. The law aims to provide Indian citizenship to Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis, and Christians arriving from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.
