The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a case against a major Gujarat-based ship-building company and also its directors. ABG Shipyard and its Directors Santhanam Muthuswamy, Rishi Agarwal and Ashwini Kumar have been booked for allegedly defrauding 28 banks of Rs 22,842 crore.
