International Day of Yoga 2019: ITBP Personnel Perform Yoga in Himachal Pradesh & Sikkim

In Himachal Pradesh, the Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel performed yoga at 14000 ft near Rohtang Pass at minus 10 Degrees Celsius temperature on International Yoga Day. Meanwhile in Sikkim, ITBP personnel also performed yoga at an altitude of 19000 ft near OP Dorjila at minus 15 degrees Celsius temperature. International Yoga Day is celebrated on June 21, every year.
