Islam Not A Bad Religion, But Wrong Interpretation Is Affecting People: Army Chief Bipin Rawat

Army Chief General Bipin Rawat on September 23 shared his views on Islam. He said that Islam is not a bad religion but the manner in which it is interpreted is affecting the people. “It is important that we have preachers who convey the correct meaning of Islam in whatever form it was written by those who wanted Islam to be preached in proper manner,” said Rawat. “The interpretation of Islam by some elements who wants to create disruption being fed to a large number of people,” added Rawat.
