Two groups clashed in Shastrinagar, Jamshedpur allegedly due to desecration of a religious flag. Brick-batting was reported from the area. On April 9, prohibitory orders were issued under Section 144 of CrPC in the locality. An official told PTI that two shops & an auto-rickshaw were set ablaze.
