Colin Powell, the first Black secretary of state died on October 18 due to Covid-19 complications. Tributes poured in for the 84-year-old US war hero. US President Joe Biden tweeted, “He will be remembered as one of oColin Powellur great Americans.” Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said he was an exceptional diplomat.
