With not even a day left for the scheduled hanging of the Nirbhaya convicts, one more petition was filed before the Supreme Court on Friday. The petition has been filed by Pawan Gupta, whose claim of being a minor at the time of the incident was dismissed by SC last week. Gupta has asked for a review of that decision. This comes even after SC saying that once rejected, an age claim cannot be contested repeatedly. Many petitions were filed by the convicts to stall the execution scheduled for February 1 at 6 am.
