Stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra is receiving death threats after his "Gaddar" jibe at Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde triggered a political storm, leading to registration of an FIR. According to a report, Kamra has received at least 500 threatening calls with people saying they would cut him to pieces (kaat denge tumhe). Amid death threats, the 36-year-old comedian has sought a week's time to appear before the Mumbai Police for questioning.
