Kolkata Doctor Rape-Murder Case: CBI Takes Over Probe, FORDA Ends Stir After Meeting With JP Nadda

The Central Bureau of Investigation has taken over investigation into the rape-murder case of a 31-year-old trainee doctor in West Bengal. A team of CBI officers arrived in Kolkata on Wednesday, August 14 to initiate probe. The deceased, a second-year student of the chest medicine department, was found dead inside the seminar hall of the government-run RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata.
