Hindu Mahasabha representative Kunal Kishore, who is also the publisher of the map which was torn by Sunni Waqf Board advocate Rajeev Dhavan in Supreme Court on October 16, said, “He is an intellectual. He thought if this map is presented before the court, his case will become non-existent. If he had objections, he could have said that in the time that was given to him.” On the last day of daily hearings in the Apex Court on the Ayodhya case, Dhavan tore a map of Ayodhya. The Supreme Court reserved its judgement in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid title dispute case after hearing arguments from all the concerned parties.
