Maharashtra Politics: Sharad Pawar Raises Hand When Asked Who Will Be The Reliable Face Of NCP As Ajit Pawar & Eight Others Join BJP-Eknath Shinde Government

On July 2, NCP chief Sharad Pawar suffered a blow as his nephew Ajit Pawar & eight party leaders joined the BJP-Eknath Shinde government in Maharashtra. During a press conference, a journalist asked Sharad Pawar who would now be the reliable face of the party. The 82-year-old NCP chief replied with a smile, ‘Sharad Pawar’. He smiled and raised his hand. Pawar’s daughter Supriya Sule also celebrated the moment. 63-year-old AJit Pawar took oath as the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra on July 2. Eight senior NCP members were also sworn in as ministers. Watch the video to know more.
