Maharashtra Reports One Zika Virus Case In Pune District, Patient Recovers Fully

After Kerala, Maharashtra has reported its first case of the mosquito-borne Zika Virus. The case was reported from Pune district at the end of July. A 50-year old woman tested positive for both Zika virus and Chikungunya. However, the concerned patient has recovered fully and no other contact is reported to have fallen ill.
