On October 2, TMC Leaders Started Protesting On The Occasion Of Gandhi Jayanti, Demanding The Release Of MGNREGA Funds. They Started Protesting At Rajghat. On October 3, They Took Out A March To The Rural Development Ministry At Krishi Bhawan. TMC Leaders Including MP Mahua Moitra Were Scheduled To Meet The Union Minister Of State For Rural Development Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti. After Reaching There And Waiting For 90 Minutes The Mos Informed Them That They Could Not Meet Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti As She Was Busy. On Learning This, TMC Leaders Started To Protest Inside Krishi Bhawan, And After This Incident, The Delhi Police Officials Were Called In And TMC Leaders Were Detained. MP Moitra Shared A Video Of Her Being Dragged Out Of Krishi Bhawan And She Slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi. She Wrote On X, “Listen Up Narendra Modi You Can Drag Us But The Truth Won’t Go Away.”
