The Mumbai Airport Will Be Shut Down For Six Hours On October 17 From 11 Am To 5 Pm Due To Post-Monsoon Runway Repair. Owing To The Extensive Runway Renovations, Both Runways - 09/27 And 14/32 - Will Be Temporarily Closed To All Aviation Operations At The Prescribed Times. The Airport Has Also Scheduled Flights In Such A Way That Maintenance Is Completed Smoothly. According To CSMIA, The Primary Goal Of This Temporary Closure Is To Repair The Airport's Infrastructure To Maintain Standards And Passenger Safety.
