The National Flag Adoption Day is celebrated in India every year on July 22. The Indian National Flag was first adopted by the Indian Constitution Assembly in a meeting on July 22, in the year 1947. The Indian flag in its current form was approved unanimously by the Constituent Assembly, and since then, July 22 is celebrated as the “National Flag Adoption Day”.
