New India Co-Operative Bank Customers Panic As RBI Imposes Several Restrictions, Bans Withdrawals

The Reserve Bank of India has imposed several restrictions on Mumbai-based New India Co-operative Bank, including on withdrawal of funds by depositors. This led to panic among customers who flocked to the bank in Mumbai, on Friday, February 14, in a bid to withdrew their money.
