Odd-Even Rule Back Again in Delhi; Arvind Kejriwal Announces 7-Point Action Plan to Tackle Pollution

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced on Friday that his government will be implementing the odd-even scheme for 12 days after the festival of Diwali 2019 to combat pollution. A seven-point action plan was also announced by the Delhi CM after meeting experts.
