Pakistan Defence Minister Khawaja Asif’s X Account Blocked in India After He Admitted Pak’s Support for Terror Groups

The Indian government has blocked the X account of Pakistan Defence Minister Khawaja Asif days after the Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 people lost their lives. Asif recently admitted that Pakistan has been funding and backing terrorist groups. He also suggested that an attack from India is "imminent" after the Pahalgam terror attack. However, he later backtracked from his statement, claiming his comments were misinterpreted. The move to ban Asif's X account in came just a day after India banned 16 Pakistani YouTube channels for reportedly spreading provocative and communally sensitive content.
