Perform Friday Prayers At Home Till Lockdown Is In Place, Advises Mufti Mukarram Of Fatehpuri Masjid

Imams of various mosques in India are requesting Muslims to perform the Friday prayers or Jumma Namaaz at home in view of the prevailing lockdown. Imam Mufti Mukarram of Fatehpuri Masjid appealed people to offer prayers at their homes during the lockdown period n the wake of the novel coronavirus, or Covid-19, outbreak. He also told worshippers that Namaaz will not be offered at the Masjid as long as the lockdown orders are in place.
