PM Narendra Modi Apologises For ‘Hardship’ Due To Lockdown, During His Mann Ki Baat Address

Prime Minister Narendra Modi apologised to Indians facing hardships due to the lockdown imposed by his government from March 25. India is under a 21-day total lockdown to contain the spread of the COVID-19 infection which has spread across 170 countries. Over six lakh people have contracted the coronavirus with 27,000 deaths attributed to the infection. India has reported 979 cases of coronavirus with 28 deaths.
