On May 16, a Bengaluru court granted interim bail to HD Revanna in a sexual harassment case. The Janata Dal (Secular) MLA and former Karnataka Minister was granted bail, days after he secured a conditional bail in the kidnapping case linked to the 'obscene video' case. JD(S) MLA had filed a bail application in the sexual harassment case on May 16. The 42nd Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court (ACMM), while granting interim bail, said that the main bail plea will be heard on Friday at 3 pm. HD Revanna and his son, Prajwal Revanna, are facing an investigation over allegations of sexual harassment and criminal intimidation following a complaint by a woman who worked at their residence.
