Pranab Mukherjeee, the 13th President of India has died aged 84. Mukherjee breathed his last at Army Research and Referral Hospital, New Delhi where he was recovering from a brain surgery. The octogenarian had also contracted COVID-19 during his treatment for a blood clot in his brain. PM Narendra Modi, Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi, WB CM Mamata Banerjee and former Union Minister Yashwant Sinha were among some of the leaders who paid homage to Mukherjee.
