Saṃvatsari is the last day of Paryushana. It falls on Shukla Panchami each year in the Jain calendar month of Bhadrapada, between the middle of August and September in the Gregorian calendar. This year, Samvatsari is on August 22. On this day, people seek forgiveness from each other to begin a new journey.
