Selena Gomez Becomes First Woman To Hit 400 Million Instagram Followers; Celebrates By Thanking Fans

The 30-year-old pop star has become the first-ever woman to reach 400 million followers on Instagram. On March 18, Gomez achieved the milestone just less than a month after dethroning Kylie Jenner. She is now the most followed woman on Instagram. Kylie Jenner has 382 Million followers on Instagram. Selena Gomez is also the third most followed person on the social media platform after football players Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. Cristiano Ronaldo shines on Instagram with 563 Million followers. Lionel Messi has 443 Million followers on Instagram. Selena Gomez thanked her fans for the support and wrote, “Wishing I could hug all 400 million of you.” Selena Gomez now has 401 Million followers on Instagram.
