Western Canada has been battered by incessant rains. At least one person died due to┬аfloods┬аand landslides and two have been missing. The countryтАЩs busiest port in Vancouver has also been closed. Incessant rains led to the shutdown of rail routes operated by Canadian Pacific Rail and Canadian National Railway.┬аIn the United States, thousands experienced power outages due to heavy rain in┬аWashington┬аState.┬аFloods┬аwere┬аalso reported from┬аOregon┬аfrom where nearly 20 people were rescued by the authorities.┬аPrime Minister Justin Trudeau said, тАЬWe're ready to provide whatever assistance is needed as you deal with and recover from the flooding and this extreme weather.
