Shocking news has come to light from Uttar Pradesh. As reported by IANS, nearly 98 people died due to heart and brain stroke in the past five days in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Of the 98 people who died, 44 died in the hospital while 54 patients died before treatment. The data has been given by the L.P.S Institute of Cardiology, reported IANS.
