40 People Have Been Trapped In An Under-Construction Tunnel On The Brahmakhal-Yamunotri National Highway In Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand. The Under-Construction Tunnel Collapsed On November 12. Rescuers Who Worked Overnight Established Contact With The 40 Workers. Food And Water Have Been Provided To The Trapped Workers, Officials Told PTI On November 13. The Workers Are Safe, The Silkyara Police Control Room Informed. PM Narendra Modi Spoke To Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami To Enquire About The Rescue Efforts, Reported PTI.
