Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine's Largest Nuclear Plant Attacked By Russian Forces Causing Blaze, Fire Put Out For Now

Russia’s attack on Ukraine continues. In a recent development, Russian forces have seized Europe's biggest nuclear power plant in Ukraine, Reuters reported. The Zaporizhzhia power plant had reported fire due to Russian shelling. The fire has been put out. Visuals showed blasts lighting up the night sky and sending up plumes of smoke. In a video message, Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said, “No country other than Russia has ever fired on nuclear power units.” Watch the video to know more.
