Local police confirmed that the fire department received an emergency call at 9:53 a.m. local time, reporting a "raging fire" originating on the eighth floor of the building. The high-altitude blaze quickly spread, prompting immediate support from several fire brigades across different districts to assist with containment and rescue efforts.
