New Delhi [India], June 23 (ANI): Water Minister Atishi has entered the third day of her indefinite hunger strike, demanding Delhi receive its rightful water supply from Haryana. However, a health checkup done on the minister revealed that her blood pressure and sugar level dropped drastically, said AAP in a press release.
According to the press release, her weight has also dropped. Compared to the first day of the fast, on the third day, the blood sugar level of the Delhi Water Minister has dropped by 26 units. Also, her diastolic (lower) blood pressure has also reached 56 mmHg.

The speed with which Atishi's blood sugar level and blood pressure have dropped has been described by doctors as dangerous, said AAP.
Along with this, the urine ketone level of Water Minister Atishi has also turned positive. According to doctors, if the hunger strike continues, then the amount of ketone in her body may increase in the coming days, which will be dangerous for her health.
Water Minister Atishi, who is on an indefinite hunger strike to ensure the water rights of 28 lakh Delhiites, has said that her indefinite hunger strike will continue till the Haryana government provides the water rights of Delhiites and till the gates of Hathnikund Barrage are not opened, said AAP.
