New Delhi, September 16: A person under the influence of alcohol damaged an idol in Delhi’s Sangam Vihar, according to police. The Delhi Police received a PCR call from Shreepal Singh (48), a resident of Sangam Vihar, stating that a statue in a temple in south Delhi's Sangam Vihar area was damaged by an unknown person, according to the police. The apprehended identified as Sarvesh (33), is a resident of the locality. A case has been registered under sections 153, 295, 295A, and 427 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
