Pune (Maharashtra) [India], July 8(ANI): Addressing a lecture in memory of Rambhau Mhalgi in Pune, Bharatiya Janata Party president Amit Shah on Sunday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi's policies resemble that of Arya Chanakya.

It is the 75th birth anniversary of Rambhau Mhalgi this time and the 12th lecture was delivered by Amit Shah. Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis was also present at the function.

Shah delivered a lecture on "Arya Chanakya- Jeevan aur Karya : Aaj Ke Sandarbh mein."

After the lecture, Shah met noted writer Babasaheb Purandare in Pune for BJP's Sampark se Samarthan initiative.

LK Advani, BJP's marg darshak, delivered a speech here on "Our Constitution and National-Secularism" in 1996. After him, many other leaders including Sushma Swaraj, Ram Madhav, Indresh Kumar delivered speeches here in the annual programme. (ANI)
