The list of top 10 shortlisted names in the Best International Films category at 92nd Academy Awards was announced yesterday and Gully Boy didn't find a place in it. It was India's official entry into the Oscars 2020. There were many who had predicted the same because of its likeness with Hollywood feature 8 Miles. But it seems Rangoli Chandel felt the need to be rashly vocal about the same on her Twitter account which is her best place to be, it seems. Rangoli Chandel Takes a Sly Dig at Karan Johar’s Takht Says, ‘He Will Depict Aurangzeb Cruelty Through His Abs and Sexual Relationships’

Rangoli makes a scathing remark saying, "This film is based on Hollywood film 8 Mile, yahan ke movie mafia chatukar critics ke chaatne se kya hota hai, it’s not original content like Uri and Manikarnika, why Hollywood will give award to a film which is copied from their film?" Rangoli has never been the one to filter her words and this is apparent in all her tweets.

Rangoli's timeline has a series of tweets where she took off on everyone from Deepika Padukone to Alia Bhatt to Mahesh Bhatt. The girl knows how to keep herself entertained!
