Ranbir Kapoor Buys Land in Mulshi Near Pune
The extensive land acquisition in Mulshi comprises four adjoining agricultural parcels, collectively spanning 1,04,000 square metres, equivalent to roughly 25.7 acres. The total transaction value stands at INR 16.42 crore, with Ranbir Kapoor reportedly paying INR 82.13 lakh in stamp duty. The parcels were acquired from sellers Sriram Luthra, Naveen Sriram Luthra, and Mala Umesh Mehta.
The breakdown of the individual land parcels and their respective costs is as follows:
- Parcel 1: 21,400 sq m for INR 3.32 crore
- Parcel 2: 29,900 sq m for INR 4.62 crore
- Parcel 3: 43,800 sq m for INR 7.08 crore
