Varun Dhawan has gifted us many dynamic films with compelling roles. Although, the star has emerged as one of Bollywood’s chocolate hero, his versatility has proven him far beyond that. The actor made his debut alongside Alia Bhatt and Siddharth Malhotra in Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year in 2012, but in these seven years of Bollywood journey, Varun has proved his acting prowess and established that he is here to stay. The 2015 release Badlapur was the turning point in Varun’s star life, as he tried fitting in a different shoe with Sriram Raghavan’s film, and what emerged was yet another brilliant performance. Varun shared some pictures from his film Badlapur and wrote, “#4YearsOfBadlapur a film that changed my life thank u Sriram @MaddockFilms @Nawazuddin_S @humasqureshi @radhika_apte @yamigautam @pathakvinay.” Sriram Raghavan’s directorial venture Badlapur also starred Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Radhika Apte, and Huma Qureshi, in crucial roles.

Currently, Varun is busy shooting for his upcoming film Street Dancer 3. This movie marks the actor’s second collaboration with Remo D’Souza, after ABCD 2. Street Dancer also stars Shraddha Kapoor and Nora Fatehi in lead roles. Yesterday, the actor took to his social media account to share a heartfelt video, thanking his many fans for all the support and love, that he receives every day. From London With Love! On the work front, apart from Street Dancer, Varun will soon be seen sharing the screen-space with Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur in Kalank. The movie is directed by Abhishek Varman and also stars Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt. Kalank is all set to hit the theatres on April 19, 2019.
