Soon after the star-studded celebration of Golden Globes 2020, everyone is already excited about BAFTA 2020 now! The British Academy has released the list of nominations who made it to the 73rd British Academy Film Awards. Obviously, you will find many repetitive names that you saw in the recently held Brit ceremony. This list too is heavily dominated by Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker as it sits in 11 categories including best film, leading actor, best-adapted screenplay and best director. Following Joker is Brad Pitt-Leonardo DiCaprio starrer Once Upon a Time in Hollywood who have clinched their spot in 10 categories. Martin Scorsese's The Irishman also is competing with other films through 10 different categories. Sam Mendes’ war film, 1917 is nominated in 9 various categories.
