Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid may have parted ways but their fans are still hoping for this couple to sort things out. Recently, Gigi Hadid was spotted on a night out with a male friend and the model received a lot of flak on social media for the same. This all started after Zayn recently took to Twitter and lashed out at someone saying, "And you aren’t the person you said you were." Within no time, fans of the singer started commenting on the tweet asking if it was aimed at Gigi Hadid.

After Zayn's fans started writing ill things about the model, the 'Pillow Talk' singer clarified how those tweets had no relation to his former relationship. Zayn wrote, "My tweet was not about @GiGiHadid so leave her the fuck alone she is the most amazing woman I’ve ever known." He further wrote about how supportive she has been towards him and asked trolls to shut down. Unlike The Jonas Brothers, One Direction Won't Reunite Anytime Soon, Courtesy Zayn Malik?

It was not just Zayn who was upset with haters but Gigi Hadid too recently criticised media outlets for speculating her relationship status. She wrote saying, "If you outlets are going to continue writing bs headlines every time I’m seen with a friend of the male gender then there’s gonna be a lot of unneeded confusion." Zayn Malik Tweets 'Love You' to Gigi Hadid After Split Talk.

Gigi Hadid's tweet:

US weekly had reported last week that Gigi still has feelings for her ex Zayn and that the couple still talks to each other.  Fans were left heartbroken after the couple parted ways.  Even though the couple has been known to be on an 'on-again' 'off-again' status, Zayn and Gigi have always been cordial with one another.  Well, we sure hope that the couple remains to stay friends and have each others' backs like this instance.
