Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is ready to roar once again, this time in the form in Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi playing one of the earliest freedom fighters of India. The film, which has Chiranjeevi's son Ram Charan as a producer, is mounted on a lavish scale releasing in multiple languages. Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani are presenting Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy in Bollywood, like they did with last year's big hit (in Kannada then) in KGF Chapter 1. The trailers of the big-budget action spectacle drew a lot of praise for its visual appeal, actions scenes and Chiranjeevi's fierce avatar. Now get ready to dole out more praises for Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy as the new song from the film drops. "O Sye Raa", as the name suggests, is not just the anthem of the film, but also the piece that is written to praise the legendary fighter.
"O Sye Raa" is composed by popular Bollywood music director, Amit Trivedi. Is it me or are there some influences of MM Kreem's work for Baahubali in the song? Or is it our rather annoying habit of comparing everything huge and period with SS Rajamouli's magnum opus?
