It was on this day last year that Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra met for the very first time, and today they are living a happy married life together. Nice, in an adorable Instagram post revealed that last year, he went to watch Beauty And The Beast at the Hollywood Bowl with his group of friends, one of whom was Priyanka. So for all those who were wondering how did it all start, well, we know now. The picture that Nick shared on Instagram is from the recently concluded, Cannes Film Festival 2019, which they both attended together.
"One year ago today I went to go see Beauty and the Beast at the Hollywood bowl with a group of friends. One of those friends was the woman that would become my best friend, my confidant, my muse, my beautiful wife. I am so grateful for our journey together so far. You make me smile every day and you inspire me to be the best version of myself. I am honored to be your husband. I love you," reads the caption on Nick's Instagram post. Isn't this Instagram post by Nick really adorable? Priyanka had an equally lovely reply to her hubby's post. "The most amazing thing that ever happened to me is you. I love you babs," commented Priyanka on the post. Gosh! Our hearts can't take it.
Meanwhile, Priyanka, who is also a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador travelled to Ethiopia this week to meet refugee children who have fled their countries due to conflict. According to UNICEF's official website, Priyanka "met children and young people living in the Bambasi refugee camp, home to 17,000 refugees largely from Sudan, and Hitsats and Adi-Harush camps." While she was busy with this, Nick didn't forget to tell the whole world how proud he is of his wife by sharing a picture of Priyanka with the refugee kids.

Like Nick, we too are very proud of Priyanka for the work that she has been doing with UNICEF. Nick and Priyanka got married in Jaipur, India on December 1 last year. The two exchanged vows as per Hindu and Christian traditions.
