Abhinav Kohli REACTS On His Arrest, Makes First Public Appearance After Getting Bail

Actor Abhinav Kohli, who was released on bail on Tuesday, after being arrested on Sunday, kept up his professional commitments and showed up to the screening of a Short film titled CHEETIYAN, featuring Vinay Jaiswal Abhinav’s close friend Akhlaque Khan. It can be recalled that Akhlaque stood by Abhinav in a recent interview and vouched for him that the allegations placed on him by his wife Shweta Tiwari and stepdaughter Palak Tiwari were false. For those who came in late, on Sunday, Shweta, Palak and Shweta’s mother approached the Samta Nagar police station and lodged a complaint against Abhinav. Abhinav who put on a brave face at the event was obviously questioned by the media over his ordeal. Abhinav was also quizzed on whether he met Shweta and their subsequent conversation to which while the actor agreed that he had met his wife, Poonam Kohli stepped in and requested the media for privacy as it was their ‘family matter’. For those who came in late, Shweta Tiwari, her daughter Palak and the actress' mother Nirmala approached the Samta Nagar police station, following which Abhinav was arrested. On Monday, Palak put up an Instagram post where she clarified the air surrounding the various rumours doing the rounds about Abhinav's arrest. And while the actor secured bail on Tuesday, on the other hand, Shweta Tiwari's ex-husband and Palak's father Raja Chaudhary made revelations of how Abhinav had indeed molested Palak back in 2010 when Shweta was locked up in the Bigg Boss 4 house.
