Upon entering the show, all 16 contestants were initially placed inside a makeshift flight set up at the house entrance. Following competitive challenges between the two groups, Prathama was nominated alongside seven other contestants, including Kiran Shastry, Vaishnavi Kaundinya, Avinash, Om Prakash Rao, Asiya Firdose, Manjunath, and Dhanush. After receiving the lowest number of public votes, she was announced as the first evictee by show host Kichcha Sudeep and was awarded a cash prize of INR 3 lakh courtesy of the show's sponsors.
