New Delhi, June 23: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the exam dates, admit cards and qualification criteria for the upcoming Common Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). The admit cards or hall tickets, which are essential for candidates to appear for the examination, can be downloaded from the official portal - ctet.nic.in.

The much-awaited exams will be held on a single-day, July 4, across the nation. A total of 2,942 exam centres have been earmarked by the CBSE for the smooth conduct of the examinations. How to download admit cards at ctet.nic.in? Visit the website and click on the flashing link which states 'Admit Card'. After clicking on it, a new webpage would be appear. Enter your details in the respective field and press submit/next. On the subsequent page, your admit card would appear.

Candidates are recommended to download the PDF copy or save the screenshot of their admit cards, as they would not be permitted into the exam halls without it. On reaching the examination hall, candidates should also be in possession of one of their authenticated identity proof viz Aadhaar/PAN along with their admit cards.

The criteria to qualify the exams is to secure a minimum 60 per cent. The candidate would be then be eligible to appear in subsequent tests and interviews.
