IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2018: Notification for Over 7,000 Job Vacancies Released at ibps.in; Application Starts From September 18

For the aspirants who want to secure a government job, here is an important recruitment notification released by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). According to the notice published on September 14, the IBPS is set to conduct an examination to fill up about 7,260 vacancies to the clerical posts (CWE CLERKS-VIII) in participating banks. The interested candidates can read the official notice as available on the website; ibps.in. The application procedure for the common recruitment process 2018-19 begins from September 18 and will continue till October 10, 2018. A total of 19 banks are participating in this recruitment drive. IBPS PO Recruitment Exam 2018 From October. 

To select eligible candidates for the available vacant posts, the aspirants will have to sit in two stages of the online exam—prelims, and mains. The notice further stated that the preliminary examination will be conducted on December 8, 9, 15 and 16, 2018. The results are further expected to be out between December to January 2019. It must be noted that the call letters for the prelim exams will be made available online in November 2018. Before beginning with the registration process, the candidates must read the official notification in detail. An applicant must not be less than 20 years and not above 28 years. However, there is an age relaxation for the reserved category.

The recruitment exam will be held depending on the vacancies to be filled during the financial year 2019-20 based on the business needs of the participating organizations. Shortlisted candidates will be provisionally allotted to one of the participating organizations keeping the spirit of government, reservation policy and administrative convenience in mind. The candidates must also note that the exam dates as mentioned on the website are tentative. For prelims, the candidates will be tested on English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability.
