The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur have announced the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced results on June 10 on the official website; jeeadv.ac.in. As the results are declared, celebrations of the qualified candidates are at peak. This national level entrance test is not a cakewalk, it takes a lot of struggle and right guidance from the academics. And Anand Kumar, also known as the Math wizard, is on the headlines again as 26 students out of 30 from his coaching centre—Super 30 Academy in Patna, successfully cleared the IIT JEE Advanced 2018.

It is a well-known fact that JEE Advanced is regarded internationally as one of the most challenging undergraduate admission tests. To undergo the exam, IIT aspirants put years of effort and you always need an accurate supervision so that you surpass the exam. Super 30 coaching institute which has been training underprivileged children since 2002 to enter into IITs shines again as 26 have cracked the exam this year. “It is satisfying to see that students from the remotest corners, where winds of development have not reached yet and life continues to be a struggle, competing with the best and the privileged lot,” PTI quoted Anand Kumar, the founder of the Institute.

The report further stated that most of the students are from economically poor background. To name a few, Orijit Goswai, Suraj Kumar, Yash Kumar and Suryakant Das who have strived hard with Anand’s support and surpassed the IIT JEE Advanced 2018. Suraj Kumar’s father is a landless farmer and was extremely happy by his son cracking the exam. Till date, nearly 422 students out of 480 from Super 30 Coaching Institute have cleared IIT-JEE. While Pranav Goyal from Panchkula made all of us proud scoring 337 out of 360, Math wizard holds supreme success records like a proud parent. Anand’s fantastic work has won him many documentaries, entered his name in the Limca Book of World Records in 2009 and recently Bollywood announced a biopic titled Super-30 starring Hrithik Roshan.

During the training process, Kumar provides food and accommodation to all 30 students. The success of these students is an inspiration to many. Meanwhile, as per latest update, a total of 11,297 seats have been offered in IITs this year which is an increase of 291 seats from last year.
