The Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF) has announced the test date for the recruitment of 9,739 Constable and Sub Inspector (SI) posts. According to the official notification which is available online at constable1.rpfonlinereg.org, the computer-based test (CBT) will be conducted from December 19, 2018, onwards. Besides, the admit card for the exam will be uploaded from December 9. Those who have applied for the recruitment exam must also note that the Central Recruitment Committee for SI and Constable have allotted roll numbers to all the valid candidates which will be communicated to them by November 16 through email on their registered email id. RPF and RPSF (Railway) Constable Job Openings 2018: Official Notification For Railway Recruitment For Over 9,500 Posts. 

The roll number of RPF is important and will be issued to those who filled and submitted the applications correctly in all aspects. For the convenience of the candidates, RPSF has allotted test centres within 200 km of their home district. RPSF Constable and SI exam paper pattern

The CBT for the recruitment of Constable and SI is a 90 minutes duration test which consists of 120 multiple choice questions (MCQ). The questions are based in 10th/ Matric level. The candidates will have to prepare for topics like General Awareness (50 marks), Arithmetic (35 marks), General Intelligence & reasoning (35 marks). For each correct answer, the candidates will be awarded 1 mark. However, there is a negative marking of 1/3 marks for every incorrect answer. IIM Calcutta Witness 100% Summer Placements! To qualify for CBT, a candidate will have to score at least 35 per cent marks. The next stages for the exam are the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Document Verification (DV).
