New Delhi, June 19: In a fatal incident, at least six children were killed in a car accident in Bihar on Tuesday morning. According to a tweet by ANI, the deadly incident took place after a car they were travelling in fell into a pond. The car accident took place in Ararriya's Tarabadi in Bihar. According to ANI, one person has been rescued from the accident spot.
In the last week, four women were killed and eight others were critically injured in a collision on National Highway-28 in Bihar's Samastipur district. According to details by the Police, the incident occurred near Chausima village under Musrigharari Police Station, when autorickshaw driver collided head-on with a truck coming from the opposite direction.
According to a PTI report, Musrigharari Police Station SHO Parmanand Lal Karna said that the deceased has been identified as Piyariya Devi (60), Kusma Devi (48), Chuniya Devi (40) and Ranju Devi (34). The report further informed that the incident took place while all of them were returning to their native village in the district, after taking a holy dip in river Ganges in Begusarai district.
