As the three-judge bench of the SC continues to hear plea of Congress & JD(S) challenging Karnataka Governor's decision, Abhishek Manu Singhvi pleads the swearing-in ceremony to be deferred by 4.30 pm today while BJP's lawyer Mukul Rohatgi continues his argument.

The Supreme Court has constituted a 3-Judge bench to hear Congress, JD(S) plea, hearing to begin at 1.45am. Justice Bhusan will head the hearing that will take place in Court no. 2 of Supreme Court.

On Tuesday, the Karnataka Assembly Election results were declared. It was indeed a dramatic day, as new twists and turns took place till the final result of the counting was declared.
