Amethi: 21-Year-Old Nursing Student Found Hanging in Hostel Room, Probe Underway
A 21-year-old nursing student, Deepti Yadav, was found hanging from a ceiling fan in her hostel room at the Indira Gandhi School of Nursing in Amethi on Friday, police said. Yadav was studying at the Indira Gandhi School of Nursing, located on the premises of Sanjay Gandhi Hospital in Munshiganj, NDTV reported. Police said Yadav's body was discovered in her hostel room on Friday. Munshiganj SHO Brijesh Singh said the student's family had been informed following the incident. The body was subsequently sent for post-mortem examination as part of the investigation.
